HEAVY MACHINERY MOVING / FACTORY MOVAL

Shifting of Machines into factory proper:-

A platform is usually set up to deter the effects of a sheltered entrance walkway. Platform is set on equal height level conicides with the entrance walkway. Machine is then lifted and sits onto the platform ready for entry.

ChainBlock 'A' Frame:-

An 'A' Frame is set up whenever the usage of crane is usually not feasible (as in a sheltered production area). A cheaper alternative to avoid hacking of walls to facilitate movement.

High Storey Hoisting of Machinery:-

Observe that the Plastic Injection machine actually sits onto a sliding beam with a calculated inclined gradient set prior to the hoisting operation. Gradient is determined by the weight and the dimensions of the relevant machine involved. Machine is then slowly lowered down till firmly rested onto ground level. Yet again, another alternative to avoid hacking of walls which proved to be much of a hassle due to JTC permit issues.

High Storey Hoisting of Machinery:-

A platform is set up to facilitate the movement into the factory proper. Machine is lifted and lowered onto the platform via means of mobile crane or lorry crane, depending on the weight of the machine. A faster and efficient way where a lifting point is available.
